Help — I can’t log in to Nest Bank through Martia.
Answer
Most common cause: logging in to a corporate account. For now, we only support personal bank accounts — on the open banking provider’s side, corporate accounts are a separate channel that we haven’t enabled yet. For some time, “corporate” variants also appeared in the bank list, which was confusing; we’ve already fixed that.
What to check step by step:
- Are you logging in with your personal banking credentials, not corporate.
- Do you not have additional verification enabled in your bank for external access (in Nest Bank’s security settings).
- After authorization in the bank, do you return to Martia — if the bank screen “hangs”, close it and start the connection again.
