These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Martia community forum at https://community.martia.ai (the “Forum”). The Forum is operated by Martia Labs sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Sopot, Poland (“Martia”, “we”). By creating an account or posting on the Forum you accept these Terms. Use of the Martia app itself is governed by the separate Martia Terms of Service at Terms of Service — Martia; a Forum account is not a Martia app account and the two are not linked.
1. Who may use the Forum
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details private. One person, one account.
2. Your content and the license you grant
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting you grant Martia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, publish, display, index, translate (including by machine translation), excerpt and distribute your post on the Forum, in search engines and in Martia’s own materials that reference the Forum, and you grant other Forum users the right to quote it within the Forum. You confirm you have the right to post what you post. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed and your posts are anonymised but stay online so that answers keep helping people; you may ask support@martia.ai to remove a specific post that contains personal data.

3. What you must not post
- Bank account numbers (IBANs), card numbers, login details, one-time codes, consent links or any other credential — not even partial.
- Bank statement screenshots or exports that show balances, counterparties or identifiers you did not deliberately choose to share.
- Personal data of other people — names, addresses, employers, financial details.
- Anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes someone’s rights.
- Spam, advertising, affiliate links, or automated posting.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to access other users’ accounts or the Forum’s systems.
Nobody from Martia will ever ask you for credentials on the Forum. Financial questions are welcome; financial data is not.
4. Moderation
Martia and its moderators may edit, hide, move, translate or remove any content, and may suspend or close any account, at their discretion and without prior notice, in particular for breaches of section 3. Moderation decisions can be questioned at support@martia.ai.
5. Answers are not advice
Posts on the Forum — including posts by Martia staff — are general information exchanged in a public community. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing on the Forum creates an adviser–client relationship. Verify anything that matters with your bank or a qualified professional.
6. Availability and liability
The Forum is provided as is. We may change, suspend or shut it down at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Martia is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Forum or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under Polish and EU law.
7. Privacy
How we process personal data on the Forum is described in the Privacy Policy at Privacy - Martia Community.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the Forum at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Forum after that date means you accept them.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Sopot, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that let you sue or be sued in your country of residence. Questions: support@martia.ai.
The Forum runs on Discourse, an open-source platform. “Discourse” is a trademark of Civilized Discourse Construction Kit, Inc.; Martia is not affiliated with it.
