My chats aren’t saving after I clicked “new chat” to ask something else.
Answer
They are saving — all of them. On a computer, your conversation history is in the sidebar on the left, on a phone under the clock icon at the top of the chat screen. “New chat” doesn’t delete the previous one, it just opens a separate thread so Martia doesn’t mix contexts (a question about a loan shouldn’t affect an answer about purchases).
A few things worth knowing:
- conversations are encrypted and visible only to you — they’re not shared even with a partner in a shared space,
- you can delete a single conversation or all of them in Settings,
- a question in an old thread gets the context of that conversation, so to continue a topic, go back to the right thread.
