Never post
- Account or card numbers — no IBANs, no card numbers, not even partial ones.
- Bank statement screenshots or exports — crop to the single line you are asking about, and blank out balances and counterparties you did not mean to share.
- Other people’s names — a landlord, an employer, an ex: describe the situation, not the person.
- Login details, one-time codes, consent links — nobody from Martia will ever ask for them here.
Moderators edit or remove posts that break this without warning. If you need to share something private to get help, write to support@martia.ai instead.
What makes a good question
- One question per thread, with the bank or the feature in the title (“PKO BP: transactions stop at 90 days” beats “help”).
- What you expected, what happened, and since when.
- Which app you use: web, iPhone, Android.
Languages
Write in whatever language you think in. The forum shows a translated version to readers who use a different language and keeps your original one click away.
